Your requirement is not much clear since you just told, you need a VPN for offsite employees. There are two VPN types, Client-Server and site-to-site. If your offsite employees are working together from a same remote location, better you create a site-to-site VPN because it can provide network access for the entire infrastructure through VPN. Talking about needs, how many person do you think will be using the VPN concurrently. How reliable is your internet connect or will you be provisioning a dedicated line for said VPN.
