create database and simplify / streamline /automate data collection and input to database

I have an excel spreadsheet now that after I have collected data from certain websites and programs and inputted the data it does certain calculations I want you create a database and to suggest and design a way of automating the way I collect the data and input the data and then create a small program that will do the same calculations the spreadsheet does now, in amongst the files you will need to upload the January 13th file is the completed output, the races page is where all the data inputted is summarised ## Deliverables please see attached file that needs to be uploaded
