Convert aspx fed database to work in win XP pro environment

We have a web based aspx fed database interface. I now need the database to run in a windows XP Pro environment (on a laptop) so we can go to clients premesis and upload data.

Can anyone convert or redo the aspx interface please?

To be clear I am looking for the aspx interface to be changed to a different platform so I can load it quickly onto any win XP pc/laptop. The function of the current aspx based must remain exactly the same along with the structure of the access DB.

I do not just want IIS or NET.2 enabled on 1 pc/laptop !
