I run a small mobile disco business and I have an access database that was created for me a couple of years ago which helps me quickly create booking forms and letters to each customer. I'd like to add some functionality and perhaps tidy up the screen from the original version now - whilst retaining the features already present.

I run a small mobile disco business and I have an access database that was created for me a couple of years ago which helps me quickly create booking forms and letters to each customer. I'd like to add some functionality and perhaps tidy up the screen from the original version now - whilst retaining the features already present.
**Functionality already present**
At the moment, I am able to add new bookings by putting in customer details in one tab of the database and the booking details in the second tab. Once the data is entered, I can print a booking form/contract and a covering letter. These documents are created by mail-merge into templates which I supplied. I also have the functionality to print envelopes but my printer now does not have the extra tray to hold them so I no longer use it - however, see point #5 below as I would like to change the function over to use my Dymo printer.
**Functionality to add**
1. Financial Data
The current system allows Booking & Deposit details to be added. Extra fields would need to be added to the bookings database to contain: Date of payment, amount, how paid and what the payment is actually for (Deposit, Part payment, Balance, Extras). This would enable the functionality in point 2.
2. Invoices / Receipts
Add functionality to print invoices (details of amounts owed) & Receipts containing basic show info (date, venue, client), together with details of each payment made. Templates for these documents will be made available.
3. Searches
To enable quick finding of bookings / clients by date/name
4. Cancellations
Mark an event as pending cancelled. Print document with details of date, venue, client.
Further, mark event as cancelled and remove from the report listed below in #6 if generated.
5. Dymo Labels
Add functionality to print on Dymo Labelwriter, a pair of labels (1 outgoing, 1 return) for whatever documentation is printed. This should be automatically prompted when printing a document (Print client address label Y/N, Print return label Y/N).
6. Basic Reports
A. Forthcoming Events - show brief details about all bookings between 2 user-chosen dates. Option to print list.
B. Payments Received - details of payments (Date, Client, Amount, How made) between 2 user-chosen dates. Option to print list.
I'm not sure if this will need a new database creating and the data from the exisitng one importing, or if it could better be done using web-forms etc. My paperwork is very specific though and must not be changed - so every document created/printed MUST be saved somewhere in read-only format to allow reference back to it if required.
I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have prior to you making your bid - but a ballpark figure to work with will help a lot on first contact. It's a very small business so I'm not looking for a SAP implementation or anything on a huge scale!
