Circuit redesign, layout, Eagle, SMD, Easy(repost)

I have a circuit design in eagle I need converted from through hole to SMD components. I will also need a relay added to switch power between the USB power supply and the external power supply. I will provide a link to the data-sheet for you to make the relay component in eagle. it will be a simple SMD SPDT relay. I can show you where I will need the connections made, im just not familiar enough with eagle to do it myself. I will want the circuit tested if possible in a virtual circuit tester. as well as reviewed by you for any errors, problems, or improvements to make. I also need the board layed out and prepared for manufacture. To specs (for eagle) provided on the website of the manufacturer. I will also have basic dimensions of the PCB to conform to.
