Canada VPN/IP Mask: Make US IP Look Canadian

Let me explain first what I need and you tell me how you can help. My business involves online poker. Some sites do not allow customers with a U.S. IP address to log on and play on their site. I have clients who want to be able to bypass that. I.E. they want to set up accounts with Foreign (most likely Canadian) addresses. We need a RELIABLE and FAST solution to change or mask our IP address to make it look like each person's IP address is from Canada or outside of the U.S. - Canada is our first choice though. I'm paying if someone either tells me of a good reliable service that will do this for me, or the more expensive route -> someone goes about setting up a OpenVPN server for me in Canada. Here's what I need to know from you. 1) How exactly does your software work? Where will sites/programs think they are logging in from 2) How reliable/consistent is the connection and how fast is the speed? 3) If the service disconnects, how can you safeguard it so that the normal internet connection doesn't attempt to reconnect to the Hansa Poker servers from the U .S. IP address 4) What kind of bulk discounts can you do or what will the cost of setting up the VPN server be? If you answers are good, we will discuss this in more depth and I will likely be buying 6-12 licenses to start with the possibility of up to 100 or more. Similar Experienced is must ! Thanks
