Create GUI's Delphi application

We need to receive good looking, cool,up to date GUI. The application of this GUI is application that allow to define up to 7 alerts. These alerts can be : 1. POP3 Mail - if there are new mails. 2. IMAP Mail - if there are new mails. 3. Facebook notifications 4. Twitter notificationsbb In all of these - the user will have the ability to add 1 or more accounts, and the application will check them. 5. Another notify option is RSS. The user will have the abiltiy to add RSS, and the application will pop if there is a new contenct. As I wrote before - the maximum number of alerts is 7. The GUI should contain 7 icons or any other idea you have. When there is no alerts for some icons - it will display numbers between 1 to 7. When there is alert for the icons - it should display the logo of the website. For exmaple when there is GMail alert it should display the logo of GMail. Attached some basic sample. Again - if you have any other idea we will be happy. Clicking one of this icons will lead to screen that help to define new alert, or editing the current alert. There is no need to desgin screen where the user will see his notifications. All you need to design is a place where the user will see his **number** of new notification on the main screen, near/ on the icons (for example one of the options is to display it in the way IPhone do - small circles with the numbers on them...) It also should contain some icon animation or any other trick. The GUI should be proffeisonal, fresh, cool, with animations ... It should be designed for Delphi 2010, and can be based on free third parties components or if you must - on third parties that cost, **include the cost with your bid**. We need to receive sample of this GUI, before we going to approved it. If you can send demo at least send samples of GUI you already designed.
