CSS development and testing

We have a software product for corporate users that adds autocomplete dropdowns and extra buttons to existing web pages, to make it easier for users to enter values into certain INPUT fields. There are about 50 web pages with INPUT fields where we do this, and in order to make it look just right we need CSS to adjust the INPUT field and our extra buttons. The CSS is primarily to modify styles for YUI controls. We need someone with CSS skills to create the CSS for specific pages and then test them using IE and Firefox. The CSS is quite small, since it only controls the layout of INPUT fields and buttons on an existing page, but we have many pages that you need to do this for. Also it is very important that the CSS is tested to look good in IE7/8/9 and in Firefox. Our developer has created the CSS for a number of pages already but we need someone who can take over this task from him and work on more pages. Initially you will work on one or two pages to understand the process and so we can check that you are able to perform this task well. Then we have about 50 pages that you need to do the CSS on, which should be somewhere between 20-50 hours work and can be completed over the next few weeks. We would like someone who is available on an on-going basis - e.g. a few hours a week - so when we need a new page done we can contact you. Ideally you will have a good understanding of javascript as well as CSS, since our software uses Javascript heavily. If you have experience with YUI that's excellent. If you have python skills too that would be good, but is not essential. You must do this project on windows, since our software runs on windows. You must be comfortable using a source control system to commit your changes & send to us. Specifically we use Mercurial / TortoiseHg but if you've used SVN or similar it should be fine.
