Design a website - 3 pages

Hi! I need a professional look, "user flow friendly" design for [login to view URL] I want to make it easy for people looking for a photographer to find the right one, in a fair way. User flow: 1) Choose what, and perhaps where, you need a shot (family, portrait for CV, food pictures for your restaurant... look through portfolio photos from multiple photographers, "star/like" photos and see who's taken those pictures or: 2) Enter your need in a request form to get offers back from relevant photographers. We manually make sure the request is sent to relevant photographers or 3) Choose city/area, to see photographers and their photos from that selection. This first project is about making 1) the front page area "above the fold" look professional, to give a trustworthy impression both to people looking to hire as well as photographers considering whether to join 2) the page that shows when a user has chosen a category or a location. Where it's easy to then keep filtering (by location/category and budget). Third page is the page where you see a single photographer's portfoliopage. I'm kind of stuck on what this design could/should be. The idea is that you should see images/information relevant depending on what category you were browsing. I'm making it super easy for photographers to host a portfolio online through [login to view URL] I'm dreaming of making it easy for skilled photographers to reach out and build up a good portfolio without needing a fancy expensive address or skills in marketing
