Design for a moving quotes website

The design I require is simple. I need: 1)Homepage (and logo), which will have a form, and menu with links to inner content. 2)Inner pages, same template as the homepage of course but the content is from only one specific article. I will send you links to similar websites for inspiration. This needs to be a complete design (not just a PSD file) and the preference is for a div based design and not tables. All major parts of the sites (logo, main menu, content, form etc...) must be clearly divided (in divs) so that if I need to present only the form I can just take the code inside the div and it will present just fine by itself (with the stylesheet included of course).
