DIV & CSS cross-browser compatibility

I need someone to get this page using DIV and CSS to work across all browsers. Right now it works well in IE6 or IE7. It must work in firefox, netscape, ie6, ie7 and whatever browser MAC's use.
It uses an image for background gradient, and also gif files for rounded corners, and a gif dot 1px x 1px to make up lines for the border. I'm open to other ideas but dots seemed to work better than using border style on DIV boxes.
To minimize responses to this post I will only reply to those with preview work that can be viewed.
