Create website theme

Hi,

I am looking for some one who can create website front end theme exactly like

And also i need administrator theme exactly like below

Please note that: I need only HTML theme and same theme repeats for few operations. In admin panel, i need html pages to add, edit, list, view pages for user management, global settings & property management section.

I will select a person very soon and also it should be done in very professional way. I will test its responsiveness in tab, mobile and all major browsers. After that only i will release funds.
