Create Wordpress website using premium Theme

Hi, I want someone highly professional to create wordpress website using best premium theme( Not free templates). You will create very similar to [login to view URL] but i will provide categories and you will add these categories to the theme. You will provide articles and logo and pictures where required against articles. You will be paid only what you bid so if you bid $1 you will be paid $1. Offer reasonable price and finish on time otherwise reported to freelancer.
