Create Reuseable Landing Page

We are domain domain acquisition, leasing and sales service based in Melbourne Australia. We help our clients acquire the most profitable domain for their business. You can find details at our website [login to view URL] This is pretty straightforward project for someone who knows what they are doing. All our domains are parked using GoDaddy. We have the ability to forward the domains to any URL using the control panel. When a user types a particular domain URL in his address bar and if it’s a domain we hold, then, we want the user to be redirected to a landing page on our website which might look something like [login to view URL] Here the user will complete the form and send us the domain enquiry Now here’s the catch, we need the domain name from which the user comes to our landing page to be captured as a hidden variable and passed on to the email’s subject line. So if the user is coming from a domain [login to view URL] the subject line should read enquiry for domain [login to view URL] which would be a domain we ae holding We don’t want the users to enter the domain name manually in their form.
