Create HTML/Javascript site from designs

Require someone to take these concepts/designs ([login to view URL] and this:[login to view URL]) and turn them into a working - flat page site. The site will be integrated with a static site generator later. * We wish to make use of a card style design - similar to that seen here: [login to view URL] We would be happy if you created this from scratch using a bootstrap or similar framework. * Raleway font for headings ([login to view URL]) * Colour Palette - see ppt Need the following pages coded up in HTML. See page 1 of [login to view URL] for a example of the preview. Note data is from the metadata of the markdown files - Clicking on a item expands it to full view. E.g. Should display the meta-data from the markdown file. - Note: You can access the components of the markdown file by using the Params. array (see [login to view URL]) 7. Browse. And find by tag. - Similar in concept to this: [login to view URL] - it shows all tags and a way of showing all content.
