Convert PSD Template to Website using Bootstrap's framework

I would like you to convert 4 Photoshop (.psd) templates to 4 html files with accompanying css and js files. Please see attached templates but note these are currently .jpg. However should you be awarded this project I will send you the .psd files. The templates show designs for high definition desktop, tablet and mobile. I admit the dimensions for some of the layers are not perfect. For example the white spacing around a picture may not be an even amount of pixels from the edge on both sides. Therefore I'm expecting you to use your judgement when converting to html. Also note that for the index page there is a 4th design. This design is to show what the index page should look like if the tablet is in landscape mode. My expectation is that when I view the files desktop it should look like the psd design for the desktop. Also, when I view the files on a tablet I'm expecting it to look like the psd design for the tablet. In addition, when I view the files on a mobile device I'm expecting it to look like the psd design for the mobile. I will accept some variation from the design if you provide justification for why it is different. With regards to code, I would like you to create a [login to view URL] file which is to be called into the html after the bootstrap files. All modification to the bootstraps framework should be in this file. I do not want any inline styling on the html. Also note that all images should have alt tags but these can be left blank. I also require that you provide basic notation to describe which part of the css corresponds to which html element/section of the design.
