Complete development of CRM, Website, and Mobile App

Project Description
Complete the remaining 10% development of our CRM which will do the following:
1. Add new customers/subscriptions to our system
2. Track product shipments using USPS api
3. Cron job that sends alerts each time products are to be shipped again
4. Cron job which will send alerts Payeezy merchant account api, for recurring payments
5. Detailed breakdown financials display page
6. Calculate and display detailed paystubs for each salesman
7. Allow partner companies to log in and track their sales
Complete the remaining 10% development of our Website which will do the following:
1. Improve visual appeal, website must look modern, clean, and functional
2. Allow customers to have a username and password to be able to login and track previous shipments and customer history, submit maintenance calls, and contact us.
3. Allow customers to purchase products directly from our website
Develop a mobile application which will do the following:
1. Allow partner companies to add, new salesman, and update their status to active or inactive
2. Allow salesmen to add customers/subscriptions directly from app (This will send a notification that new customer has been added, and automatically transfer all of the customer information to the CRM.
3. Allow salesman to view their previous sales as well as weekly paystub
We are preferably seeking a development team capable of executing any task we ask of them, we never want to hear “this cannot be done.” We are seeking a team or company with numerous developers with a wide range of knowledge and capabilities so that there are multiple people who can immediately offer the best solution in case any problems arise.
If you feel this is a project you can tackle, please provide links to CRM Databases, that you have constructed from scratch which have the specs we are inquiring about, along with the duration of time for each and reference contacts. Proposals will be declined without this information included.
Communication is key. You must be extremely fluent in English for this project.
Upon reviewing your previous work, and receiving a signed NDA form from you, we will send the job specs and request a quote.
This is our 5th round at trying to make this happen. So far we have had many problems with finding people to simply follow what was provided. Images, links, etc. Colors were wrong, instructions not followed and deadlines not met. A lot of time and money has been wasted. We are new to this site and hope to find someone competent, professional, and with a development and design background that can follow through with deadlines and finally help us launch project within the time frame we agree upon.
