Comment Functionality Ruby on Rails

I'm looking for someone to help me finish creating comment functionality similar to the attached image. This is for a rails 4 app in development and already has many of the associations created, but here is what I'm looking for..

I would like users to add comments of different types similar to the attached example including a standard comment, question, problem and idea. For each one I'd like them to be added on the same page without having to go to new one using ajax.

I'd also like the comment types to be displayed together, but differentiating between each with a different icon. I can design that part as long as the functionality is there. I'd also like the creation for the ability to reply and like to each of these comments. I don't have that set up yet...

I'd like the comments or commentable model to be available under multiple models so it can be associated for projects, users, etc
