Check HTML / CSS against designs (long-term)

Hi, We are looking for a long-term relationship with a QA/tester to check HTML templates which are produced by our frontend developers on a regular basis. Our criteria for selection is: (1) HTML mark ups need to be 100% PIXEL PERFECT as to the designs (2) HTML mark ups need to work on Tablets and mobile devices. Screen shots of websites working across browsers and devices to be submitted. (3) Have a very good eye for detail and has the stomach for documentation (4) Have experience in WCAG compliant, semantic HTML, CSS checks (5) Have experience in HTML/CSS/JS The person is a professional at this specific area. DO NOT BIDif you are unable to achieve the above. Please submit a 1) a strong portfolio of previous HTML mark up work that you have checked / coded All interested bidders will be required to take a test in checking a HTML template. You will be provided a) a static HTML template b) check against the design for desktop version c) check against the wireframe for responsive (tablet and mobile) version. d) Google Slides to document the discrepancies and screenshots of mobile. e) a time limit for the test.
