What type of questions do we need to have, will it be multiple choice type? Also do we need to use a third party script for chat functionality like CommetChat which we can integrate it to the website so that user can chat with with them? Hello Sir, I understand that you have the PSDs and have the idea of what to be done. We will convert your PSD file to responsive bootstrapped based HTML5 files and then we will implement the functionalities using Node.JS and AngularJS programming. As your planned functionalities need database interaction, so we will use MongoDB or we will develop a REST API based on PHP and MySQL. I understand that your idea is to have a page for Questions and Answers. 2nd page for users profile page which will have the users personal data and a avatar. And finally it wil lhave a chat page/system where users can chat with other users who are matched with his answers to the questions along with their matching score. We will develop the algorithm to build this functionality. We will develop the frontend with HTML5, jQuery and Angular.
