Build an online store in 5 days on WordPress using my personal CSS theme and WooCommerce

Need a reliable and quick programmer who is affordable and pays great attention to detail and communicated efficiently. I need you to implement my CSS file onto WordPress and then use WooCommerce as the e-commerce module to integrate the shopping cart.
I also need total back-end integration. Billing integration with Stripe for one-time and recurring transactions using their API.
Need a database to save and automatic emailing of customer's electronic signature/agreement to terms prior to checkout.
Confirmation numbers should be automatically generated. The required e-mails should be sent upon successful checkout using an autoresponder.
The back-end team should be able to search for orders using confirmation number, customer's email address and zip code.
Back-end team should be able to mark items as shipped, enter tracking details for order, cancel order, process refunds.
Customers should be able to login to members area and update billing card details, order additional equipment.
Customer should be able to reset login information.
Customer should automatically be designated a referral code that they can send to their friends for referral sales and this referral code should be visible in their members area.
Customer should be able to claim warranty in the members area using the claim warranty form. Need GeoTrust SSL certificate installed.
Need checkout thank you pages and error pages in place.
As soon as an order is received, the confirmation number should be available in the back-end database and a notification e-mail should be sent to the company e-mail address.
Customer should be able to login using the login page. Customer should be able to login to two different accounts: the members area and the mobile features area.
The mobile features area is a third-party dashboard that needs to be integrated with out website. The login form will be on our website but when the user clicks enter they should be re-directed to the third party dashboard. This will require an API that I will provide you with.
Other than these, I need the entire website to be functional. All links functional. Everything.
