Build Wordpress WooCommerce Table Pricing Matrix

Revisiting this project to get it going again. Looking for a Pricing Table Matrix for Wordpress/Woocommerce. It needs to be in U.S. standard measurements (Inches and Fractions). Want it to be as flexible as possible. The user input will be drop downs for primary size and fractions. I am adding in two links that should work that show a simple table setup (that will not work as it is too simple) and a more complex one that would work, but it is not for Wordpress. I would like to be able to add this in to multiple websites as/if needed without having to call on someone to do it when I am testing a website. Please let me know if you need further explanation.
