Build an Online Store

Looking for a quote for the following community online shop idea to be created: A platform to allow buyers & sellers to sign up and submit/buy articles. -Articles typically/average includes approx. 500 words, 2-3 images and some input data. Sellers/Writers can: - Set their own pricing for each of their articles. - Can insert a images of charts and graphs using URL (standardized dimension to open link to the image) - Can input some details (desciption, title, price, etc) - Articles cannot be modified/deleted once they are submitted. And will be listed immediately unless new member which subject to vetting. - Withdraw anytime in multiples of $10 (subject to % processing fee depending of amount) Buyers can: - Buy individual article without registering using creditcard/paypal - Search for specific product OR seller - Choose to automatically buy future articles from specific seller/writer (requires register) - Refer to friends to get % rebate for next purchase - Ability to give reviews on each purchase (something like Amazon style) I would like to know the softwares/services that will be required to cater to my needs listed above.
