Hi,
i am magento developer. and looking for someone for long term. in starting i will pay $3/hour max. So only apply if you are agree with this rate. you must be expert in template design, customize or develope module, psd to magento, html to magento, psd to html design. you must be good in jquiery, javascript, css too
And please do work with honesty so we can go long. and if i feel you are working honestly i can increase rate. because i know how much creating a store or creating a feature can take. you can get a good portfolio and experience for working on international projects. Add word "Redzder" in top of your proposal so i can now that you read description carefully otherwise you application will be rejected.
1 more thing in start for test i will give you some task and you have to complete it. for check you are able to do it. you can do that test job in your site. i dont need code.
