We need a food ordering website. Something similar to Swiggy.
Brief working of website:
We will list the products which we deliver in the regions which we cover.
People will be able to select the area and place the order, while placing the order user will submit the details (delivery address, mode of payment etc.)
Website will be having online payment facility as well COD (Cash on Delivery) option.
Orders received will be transferred to our Delivery partners in the respective regions through the website. Website should be able to maintain their payout reports as well.
These requirement are in very brief format, will discuss the project in details further.
Must Haves:
1) Website should be based on Model-View-Control (MVC) architecture for ease of updates and modifications
2) Developed using the latest website programming protocols for minimum server loads and ultra-fast loading and processing
3) SEO Friendly Urls for Category and Products
4) Website should be Made with PHP technology
5) website has to be hosted at AMAZON Server (AWS)
Features required for the website:
Back End features:
1) Option to create Admin Users and allot them roles
2) Option to Create Location master, and enable and disable the locations.
3) Option to create Category and Product Master.
4) Customer Master
5) Orders Page with details
6) Various reporting
7) Discount and Offers
All the details are similar to an ecommerce website, the only feature more is that we want to allocate the orders to our vendors which we will create.
Some features has to be made using angular js, and frameworks.
