Build a Customer Relationship Management system spanning multiple domains, multiple pages and hundreds of products/services

We aim to create a Customer Relationship Management and Staff Action system capable of processing leads coming from multiple domains, from multiple pages under those domains and selling virtually any theme of product/service matching those domains and pages. This single CRM needs to accept lead data from online web inquiry forms, from manual entry in response to emails, phone calls and online chat type activities. It must minimise the amount of data entry, personal memory use and staff training work required to make the system operational. One or two staff members may later be employed to monitor the early stages of lead collecting/qualification but this may not always be necessary. Leads then need to be assigned to various sales staff who may either work to convert leads into sales and or process orders. Orders then need to be converted into staff action for dispatch of product or provision of service. The CRM then can be used to stay in contact with customers as the product or service is progressed. The CRM and Staff Action system must be flexible enough to allow for the different sales processes and different end actions that are required for the various product/sales themes. Off the Shelf CRM and Staff Action systems are preferred. Those that have good customisation options will likely be needed. We also would like to incorporate the use of Callinize or a similar product where possible to manage sales calls. As well as creating/configuring the CRM and Staff Action system, you will be required to create the website protocols needed to collect orders and/or leads from the various product/service pages. Here you will be required to create example web and product pages that can cover all of the possible sales scenarios.
