Design Website for selling only 1 product Commission Based

We want to build a website for commission based we have only one product to sale. We want in our website bellow points.

1- We want to sale our product at usd 100 (for example) through alertpay and also other third party payments options.

2- if some one buy our product he will be added in our member list.

3- We wants every member has logged in control panel has following options:

a- can find his client list (only member number)

b- Control his fund management

- Fund there account

- withdraw request (withdraw cant be done automatically, need to approve from us "administrator")

- When he sale product he got the commission instantly.

4- When our member sale the product he got the commission instantly (we will inform %)

4- We want to provide every member his own agent link

6- When any one click on agent link and buy a product client added in referred member list and got his commission.

7- When any one click on agent link he should come at our main home page (normal address) but when he going to buy he will found the name of his referee.

8- If by mistake some one not click agent link and buy a product, but our member request and gives us his details we have the right to add this new client in our member profile.

9- we want to give only one time commission means member only get those commission whom he referred by him self, he will not get any thing from his clients working.

10- We need administrator control panel can access and edit following things easily:

a- Latest news

b- Home page matter

c- Contact details

d- About us pages (aims, vision)

e- Can access to adjust commission %

We will update more details later, but above are main function of the website.
