Car Service Reservation System

I am a start up business, and I need to build a simple website for now, and hopefully soon after extend with additional features. I know almost nothing about website development from technical point of view. I want at first the content of website to be very simple: example: [login to view URL] I assume this example is made in Flash. I personally think that it is not a good idea. I thought Drupal is a good solution. Maybe I am wrong. Another example: [login to view URL] This site very similar to what I would like to have eventually after I grow a little bit. Passengers should be able to setup their accounts or book one time reservation for a car without having account. I as owner should be able to add/remove new classes of vehicles like sedan/SUV/stretch limo. I don't know but I assume there should be MySQL involved for database of accounts of passengers, jobs. credit card processing. Reservations to be taken over the internet. And same people might call with reservation therefore I should be able as owner to make reservation for them seeing their account password so they tell me the password over the phone and I verify if it is correct. The system should be done the way so in the future I had you or another person to develop Apps for Apple/Blackberry/Android.
