Bartering website for specific items

I need a website designed that allows posting of item for trade or sale with other members that have similar items. There will need to be a rating system, a section for categories of items, shipping/handling and billing and checkout. Also possibly a rating system for user members and of course, a login and signup section for members to use the site. I know this will be a fairly extensive build and will pay the bulk fees for this outside the GAF and am listing in the low end range to save you and I on fees within this site.
