Add products to Magento (Matrix) - repost

I have a PDF file with several products (Estimated about 3000 car parts) I need import this products into my Magento store. I believe it is easy/fast work for people that has done this type of work before. The customer choose his Car then type/model - And he will see what part he need and info/price for this part This list need to be added to [login to view URL] I have the list in PDF and it is easy to read understand what we need to do. Maybe you have a better solution on how to do this best for our web shop?
