CSS Fix for Internet Explorer

I have a website with 2 css dropdown menus. They look perfect in firefox, but they do not display properly in IE5.5, IE6, or IE 7. I also have a spacer image (drop shadow) defined in the CSS that displays properly in firefox, & IE 7, but doesn't show in the other browsers. The provider will need to fix these issues, & escrow will be released upon successful testing in all browsers. The website is at [login to view URL] The first CSS menu is on the first page, the second is on all the other pages. It is in an .ssi file so it need only be changed once. The spacer image is on all pages execept the index & is also specified in an .ssi file. All links must stay relative, because this site will be moved to a permanent address.
