App and website design

Write an iOS app that is coupled with a website that must also be written. App will collect certain location dat with sensors and will also need a bit of 3d combined with the camera (symbology over the camera display). It will need to make calculations and collect photo's. Need to have the possibly to login via Facebook. Need to deliver graphics for website and app. App needs to be able to upload and download the collected data from the website. Website has 4 parts. A general part to give information on the app, a part where users can look into their uploaded data, a part where companies can register, login to and look at users data and can give users an offer, and a part where administrators can see all offers, users, and administrate payments and add new data for new countries. Offers will cost companies money so it also needs to be implemented that the payment is possible. App and website need to adjust to location of the user and i need the possibility to be able to expand locations relatively easy.
