Complete Web Design and Programing

I'm taking my company to the net, I need someone to design a bold fresh non complicated site, for my computer bussiness as well as designing a unique logo for the company. It must be a completly secure site, with a shopping cart that allows for payment through paypal, or regular credit card. I want the system to have a sign up for existing customers that will also automatically give them a discount upon check out, must have a sign up for a specialties e-letter. contact us page, the shopping part of the site needs to be able to allow them to create their own system and calculate the price as they go. I also want someone that will work with me on a daily basis to show me the progress that has been done. I will let the designer pick the hosting company within reason.
