Create a tagging website

Hi I need a website creating. It will consist of 6 pages and a database. PAGE 1 (consiting of 4 frames) ============================== Frame 1. This will be the main frame. It will dominate the page. It will be a normal browser window plus the normal location box. Frame 2 This will be made up of radio-buttons and other buttons (see below), all underneath the site banner (which I will design later). The users can click on the radio-buttons to select attributes that will apply to the webpage in frame 1. When the users click a button marked 'Save this tag' the attributes and the webpage link in frame 1 will be saved to the database. When other people click on the radio-buttons and then press'Search for these tags', they will be able to find hyperlinks that correspond to the attributes selected. Pressing 'Suggest a tag'should bring up a new page (PAGE 2) with a box into which the user can type their suggestions for new tags. When the press a button marked 'Submit' then those suggestions will be emailed to me with the title 'Suggestions'. Pressing 'Report a link' will bring up a page (PAGE 3) with a box the user can enter a URL that they believe to be against site rules, plus a free text-field marked 'Reason for reporting this link. When the press a button marked 'Submit' then that link and the text reason will be emailed to me with the title 'Reported link'. I'll need to be able to find the reported link in the database, so it must be a simple layout. I need to be able to add/edit the radio-buttons, as these will increase over time. When creating additional radio-buttons or groups of radio-buttons, the rows available to house them in would need to increase as required. The font should be small but readable, and the buttons able to be grouped together as defined by myself. Radio buttons should be invisible until defined by myself. Frame 3 This will consist of a table I can place static advertisments in, either as banners with links or as a text-hyperlinks, to create revenue. Also, a few of the bottom cells will contain a link to the other pages on the site, and finin the last cell there should be a visitor counter. The number of cells shown are for demonstration only - use as many fits best. These all need to be simple enough for me to add/edit. Frame 4 A column where targeted advertisements are displayed depending on the tags selected in Frame 2. I will need to be able to edit the relationship between advertisements and tags as new tags/revenue opportununities occur. PAGES 4 & 5 (both consisting of 4 frames) ========================================= These would both be very similar to PAGE 1. The main difference is that one of these pages is for movie trailers and the other page is for game trailers. The aim of the pages is for users to tag movie or game trailers, so other people can find them all in one place without trawling the internet. Similar layout as above, but instead of selecting attributes via radio-buttons, they would input a title of the movie/game for tagging. As they type the name of the movie/game or the name of this particular trailer, then suggestions from the database would appear under the input bar for them to select from, saving them having to type the whole title, (as well as making sure their's is saved along with similar clips of the same movie/game). If the same clip URL has already been added, then a message should come up stating "This URL has already been submitted, thanks." Frame 3 mostly to display a list of the current most popular trailers, showing the name of the game or movie, plus the name of this particular trailer and would be in the form of a hyperlink to the trailer. This list would need to update itself somewhere between every 5 an 15 minutes. Frame 4 would be a column of targeted advertisements, relating to the name of the trailer selected =============== All results (for PAGES 1, 4 & 5) need to be displayed with oldest ones first (so a datestamp of some sort will be required) and users must be able to choose between having 20, 50 or 100 results per page. My colours are for demonstration only. I'll leave the colour scheme for you to suggest, but must be light in colour, easy on the eye and able to be changed easily via a web-editor if I need to. Please include a template, so I can add more pages if necessary. All copyright on the idea, the code, the layout and the template would be mine.
