develop my online shop

The website i have is a online shopping website in which has not launched yet i already have a website not up on the web but on file which i am not happy with yet as it has a few flaws with the functions of the website and the general design. I will give you a short run down of the website, The website is a multi site website in which will allow you as a customer to create your own own shopping site on our website using a sub domain like for example [login to view URL] in which the will have their own shop so i need some who is able to make the experience for the merchant easy to put their products on the website without a problem i.e make it so simple that anyone could do it . Develop our admin panel to make it easier to see what is going on with the website. Develop the general look of the website and make it more like a modern shopping website which is attractive and at the same time effective for getting sales. I am going need someone who is great with website design and functions and knows how to integrate anything from magneto into the website. The website has a lot of features that will have to be put into the website like features like advanced product view and click and buy.
