Convert Word Press Template to Website - repost

Hello I am looking for someone that can fully set up my wordpress ECommerce template. You must be able to point my domain name to the site as well as fully set up my site just like the sample. It would call for dummy images to be used until I am able to fill the site with the real images. You must know every thing about wordpress template and html,css etc for this job. I want the site fully set up with no problems afterwards. I would also want a few things added to the site different plugins etc. About 4-5 plugins or less to really make the site mine. I would like the ability to add video to the site, simple things like that. I don't need any coding work done etc. My budget is $75-$125.00 right now. Please do not bid if you have not experience with word press template. I would need the site set up in less than 7-10days.
