Build & apply CSS to 5 page website

I have a simple website with 4 pages that serve as an interface to a database. The pages are written in a mixture of PHP & javascript(Jquery). Currently the pages have little to no styling or internal navigation. I want my pages to look similar to this template. [login to view URL] Without using hidden divs, just page loads to move between pages. As this is the simplest way to avoid problems with a google map working in a hidden div. Jquery plugins Used: Maplace dataTables Some custom scripting. Some hidden divs on pages, primarily form that are displayed on a button click Navigation Bars & scrolling behavior will be identical to the example template. Using the font-awesome library of fonts to display icons, An icon for each page will be communicated to the winning contractor. A tooltip will be displayed when hoevering over the icon, I expect this will require the selection and configuration of a Jquery plugin to display something in an aesthetic manner. Scaling behavior for smaller displays is not required. Only displays 1280*800 and larger will be supported. Modification of content & PHP code is not required outside of additional DIV elements and tags for CSS, it probably isnt pretty but it works. A separate background image will be provided for each page. With bids please provide some reference to previous work, the closer in style the better. A time frame for completion of the work should also be provided. Payment will be upon completion and inspection of the code.
