Build a Simple responsive website

Please provide a SIMPLE, responsive design, easy to use website that will allow access via password. the site will host photos and various documents and scanned articles with space for comments. The site MUST include a simple upload feature for a NON technical administrator to be able to upload and organize both the photos and documents. All photos(.jpg .tiff .png) and documents(.doc .docx .pdf .csv .xls ) will need to be viewed from the site not downloaded. Photos section will need to be viewable in a thumbnail layout including short descriptions. The freelancer who provides the site with the simplest upload feature and organization capabilities for both the photos and documents sections will be awarded the project. Must be able to complete the project in 2 weeks. Bids will only be considered that offer links to applicable work examples and can show a simple upload feature. again simple upload of new photos and abilitiy to reorganize photos and documents are the most important features.
