Build an Online Store

I need a webdesign company to work with. What I need is an online store and website for my Sports Nutrition\Supplements company. All e-commerce services must be implemented. *Credit card visa\mastercard payments must be accepted *I should be able to add\remove products to the online store *Must have inventory management *A content management system which allows me to change almost all contents *Products must have pictures, details, price, discounted prices set by the admin *Accept online orders *Admins must be able to upgrade orders\shipping statuses *An order number must be provided to the customers upon their purchases so they can refer to their orders using their order numbers *Customers must have memberships to the website with which they can log in and view their orders and\or place more orders *I have an third party 24 online chat service so this website must support that chat service *Visual content must support videos(Youtube) and pictures, the admins must be able to change these as well if need be *All visual content must be appealing and user friendly *Some content must have animated flash features and the admins must be able to upload new content budget : $50-6000 however do not simply bid $6000 unless you are going to provide results that are worth that much A fully committed web developer is needed for further maintainence of the website and the domain For a list of competing websites contact me.
