G'day, My name is Mat from Sydney! I've been building websites for the past 5 years both for companies & for myself and many are currently ranking high in Google (both Google Australia & USA). I think the best platform to build this website would be WordPress. Using WordPress it gives you complete control over every aspect of your website without you needing to know a single line of code. You'd be able to edit content, upload photos, manage basically everything and a hell of a lot more. Because I'm not a foreign company I'll be able to keep you up to date all along the way.
