Build an Online Store with custom features

I currently have a jewellery site on another platform and I'd like to transfer it to magento. I would also like the following features added to the site: 1) loyalty system - where customers get entries into a draw for referring the website/or sending emails to friends. (need a way to track it) 2) gift cards 3) rewards system - for e.g once they purchase 5 times, they get a free gift worth £10, once they purchase 10 times they get a gift worth £30 4) subscription option - if they sign up for one year (paid), they get a random item every month (need to keep track as well) and on their birthday 5) if possible - a page where they choose a bracelet type and add charms to see what the result will look like (2 types of charms) Please only respond if you understand and can do the above.
