This it to create a beer draught and fridge management system:
To manage installation; removal and sanitizing of outlets where the assets have been installed.
Needs to run off a back end database on web and android device for technicians in the trade.
Functional Specs:
- Location based mapping of each venue
- Notification to android tablets to do tasks
- Capturing of info per template to be archived per venue.
- Management of assets installed in each venue
- Adding parts to assets in venue.
- Signature of manager once each job completed. (Sanitising; Repair and installation)
It is basically an asset management system, which is paperless and runs off android.
- Needs to be built for android tablet ( Nexus; Lenovo or Samsung Galaxy Note 2 – Which is first choice) – You need to recommend best device
- The portal also needs to run off a PC for the head office to assign jobs and print job cards.
