Data Entry of Website

Hi there, I have a HTML only website that comes in 5 different languages - English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, French, and German Currently I have the website at [login to view URL] with simplfied chinese and english being done. I have 3 other languages of content, traditional chinese, french, and german that needs to be inserted into the HTML pages - navigation, content, etc. Content will be provided in .doc format, I need the appointed vendor to insert all content accurately into the HTML pages. Deadline would be by 27 Nov 2012 (today). And I will be appointing the vendor by today. Appointed vendor MUST have good knowledge of both simplfied chinese and traditional chinese, replacing french and german is much more straightforward. Thanks.
