Customise phpBB plus one entry page

I need a bog standard installation of phpBB customised to look professional and well designed. Aside from the forum customisation, one high quality entry page is required and someone with the skills to enhance search engine results would be highly regarded. The forums are a "venting ground" for gay men regarding their ex-boyfriends, including the ability to post pictures to the forum, so if you are uncomfortable with the concept of the website, think twice! The project is not urgent and as phpBB is already installed and running, it's mostly all about designing some great looking graphics and creating a forum space that looks different to the standard installation. It would seem to me that this is a small scale job, but if that's not the case then by all means say so and bid accordingly if the task is bigger than I imagine it to be,
