Create a B2B, B2C website and do some customization

Hello my potential contractors! We are a website design company based in Vietnam. We need to find a competent contractors to create a site B2C for our client where the traders will be able to introduce their products for the consumer. You might use clone script, but must be able to customize if needed. You must have total respect of deadline. Below is some important requirements: 1 - Traders who register and pay monthly fee will automatically generate a webstore of their own, they can customize the appearance of their store. (Banner, sidebar, widget, header, ect...)This page will look like a proper page of the website where they will be able to list all its products and to fill its data of contact to be found by the consumers. 2 - The Url of trader's store will be customisable, the structure must be: [login to view URL] 3 - Our client have develope their custom payout code to integrate with there MLM system. This payout code must be integrate with the shopping cart. Tell me if you can do this, and what infomation do you need to know if you can do it. 4- The structure of the website must be seo friendly. 5 - Site needs to be connected to the social networks like (Google +, Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, and others). 6 - The site must have areas destined to the insertion of advertising in formats 160 x 600, 300 x 250, 336 x 280, 468 x 60, 728 x 90 and that they could be to be activated or to be disactivated through the panel of webmaster. 7 - Each trader's webstore's backend have a field to input code, like some analytic code. 8 - The site will be in Vietnamese, but it could be developed in English and later translated for Portuguese (I can do that), please make that easy for us to do.
