Convert Flash Website to HTML and install

Greetings, I have an existing 13 page website that I created with WIX. I would like to have the website converted to HTML and installed with my current web hosting provider ([login to view URL]). I do not need the flash animation carried over or substituted. I need this done promptly and will award this project quickly. The address for my website is [login to view URL] I would like it to be configured with a CMS style management that allows me to easily edit the page content. I'm open as to what framework is used but must be supported by my web host. Please go to their website to confirm. I would also like some SEO configuration to be performed. I currently am top listed in google results for my city and neighboring city. I would like to be displayed for the state of florida (i am in the US) when people search for "wireless site survey" or "wifi site survey" I would also like my site to support mobile devices but only to display contact info and fill out contact form. This would just be a nice feature. If adding this goes over my budget, please don't include mobile support. Additional consideration will be provided for bids that include some graphic design rework just to make it look a little nicer and more contemporary than it does currently.
