Complete wordpress site overhaul - repost

I have made myself a WordPress site using the Canvas theme. See it here [login to view URL] I pretty much hate everything about it and I'd like to completely overhaul the entire thing. I want to use the site only for online personal training, blogging, email capture, and ads for now. Maybe more in the future. I'm more fussed about the layout of the site for now. It looks home made and is more than useless. So I'm looking for a proficient WordPress web designer who also has a strong understanding of marketing and a sales perspective, rather than just a design ability. I use additional online software to host clients so that doesn't need to be integrated into the site. The site will be purely a sales funnel and information portal. Building an email list is perhaps the most important aspect of the new site. Of course down the line I will need sales copy and shopping carts etc but not right now. I have written some e-books which I'd like to integrate into the site as free and later on as paid e-books. I would need to be able to highlight client pictures and testimonials all over the site which I would regularly change as new ones become available. I have some ideas of what I'm looking for with plenty of examples of other sites that I like for examples and inspiration. I think for an experienced designer this project will not be hard. Pretty standard stuff I expect ;-) Thanks
