CSS3 and HTML5 Designer

I have a website and Im looking for 3 changes to be made. The site is HTML5 and CSS3. I want a text coded in different color bubbles. I want a image to be changed ( the image is tiled in css so some coding will be required ) and I also want some custom text adding for some of the titles in the site. I purchased the theme so Im customizing it to make it my own. The theme can be found here: [login to view URL] I want the John Doe section to have colored bubbles around the text. I would also like the fence image to be changed to a different background ( not decided on what yet ) and the title sections like "about us" I want them to have a nice design font and look catchy. I dont have a big budget for this task and have also posted on other freelance sites so sensible offers please. Any questions please let me know. There will be future work for the successful bidder if Im happy with the work.
