Budget iPhone app or web app

First off, the budget for this project is fairly small - around $400. Keep that in mind when bidding, removing features as necessary. Only a few are crucial, but all of the features listed below would be great - so tell me how much you can offer. An iPhone app is ideal, but a sophisticated web app could also work if done well. Please send examples of your work depending on which direction you suggest. If created as an app, it will be submitted through my developer account. The main feature is the poster designed daily, linking to an associated BBC news story. Here are the desired options: View options: - Thumbnails in a grid list - Scroll through like iTunes Coverflow (Important) Search options: - by location of story (clickable map) - much like how BBC has it on their site (US/Canada, Latin America, Africa, etc.) - by month (clickable calendar) - most popular (either by in-app calculation or WP site data) Network: - Social networking buttons (tweet this, like, etc) News story: - I'd like the user to be able to click the poster and have it turn over with the headline and story. (Important) Comment: - I'd like to link the comment section on the website and the app and vise versa (Or link to iphone web view of the WP blog) Aesthetic: - Black background. (Important) - Type = Gotham Light - Color = The the color of the "x" in bbcx365 changes everyday to compliment the days poster.
