We at bigmoneyjobs don't require programming skills from you, we just want a full redesign of all our webpages to give it a new look.
We have a few ideas in mind, but we will need you designing skills to bring it alive.
As you might have seen our site is a job site, and we want the candidate site to look like a cross between

I don't mind redesigning the logo, and we will incorporate it if you come up with something better than what we presently have.
While designing, Please use style sheets, and have web 2.0 in mind and also SEO.
In total to exaggerate, we are looking at about 30 - 40 pages, but most of the pages will use the same header, footer and just the inner pages will differ.
We will also need Business Card Design, Letterhead design, Envelop Design later after we get the design concept of the site approved.
We would like the Candidate site to look different from the Recruiter part of the site. The difference could just be as simple as color .

Also, please don't hesitate to give me other design ideas if you have better ones.
We are looking for a designer that would work out of the box and just be extremely creative.
